This delightful dining room has been recently renovated,
now offers handicap access, private entrances and attached
indoor grillroom.  This
room offers great outdoor views of the Estate's farmhouse,
and a warm comfortable feeling from the "Indoor
Sky" and Barrel and grape Chandelier. The Cabernet
Room offers seating for up to 160 people comfortably,
wine tasting tables and dancing/entertainment space. |

Main
Dining Room
 This
dining room is decorated in an old world style, with
its large wood-burning fireplace and waterwheel. The
architectural elements in this room are from a local
corn mill, owned by the Schuchter family and dismantled
in the  mid-1970's.
Also featured in this room are two murals painted
by the renownd artist Jeff Gandert. Offering a mid-room
dance floor, and seating up to 100, this room is available
for your private or business group to enjoy. This
is a very popular room for our Steak and Wine Grill-outs,
and Pig Roasts. Just imagine sitting back and enjoying
the company of friends and neighbors alongside a roaring
fireplace and raising a glass of our finest. |

Dining Room
Many large private and corporate groups enjoy this dining
room for its privacy and simplistic décor. This
space offers private restroom facilities, and seating
for up to 80. Private wine tasting tables, and dancing
space available. |
